Country Cooking Classes
Susan has opened her glorious kitchen in her historic home in picturesque western Loudoun County, Virginia and is offering cooking lessons that will enhance and increase the repertoire of seasoned home cooks and delight the novice home cook with their simplicity, ease and wonderful flavors. Join her for a morning lesson and then enjoy the fruits of your labor over lunch!
“I took a class from Susan and though I have been cooking for 50 years, I learned at least 10 things. She knows about equipment, produce, products, and short cuts as well as how to make the tastiest dishes I have ever had. The seafood cocktail is my new go-to for any group!
